The heaven sighed but the rain won't fall
Inside those thick clouds it dwells.
Those million drops of golden tears
How it looks like I can't tell
For it has never once shed a drop tear
When I looked up it was crystal clear
I can never fathom how it feels
The way it will hit my human skin
In a trance I tried to sneak around
I never thought that I would see
That behind those clear blue sky in dawn
Was a mystery of golden tears
The heaven will not cry when you're around
'Cause it was shy that you will laugh
Or you will think that it was weak enough
To let those tears touch the ground
It hugged itself and talked so soft
So that nobody would hear
The pain it feels, what it was like
It's a secret I can't tell you, dear
I asked "Why did you choose to be alone
When the birds was there to stay?"
But the heaven shrugged and sighed again
"There's no one to trust", it said
And that's the reason why it never rains
When I wait for it to fall
Because the heaven wants to look so strong
When all the time it was alone
I know she wants to cry aloud
But she chose to keep it on hold
Behind those clouds I know she's all alone
And that her tears are gold
